Installing an update from the internet could result in damage to your product. We recommend not installing any updates manually unless instructed by a member of the ASTRO Gaming Customer Service team. The following updates are delivered and installed automatically through the ASTRO Command Center software. Another Xbox One problem was resolved where the MixAmp Pro TR would not reassign as a chat headset if the console was restarted through the settings. We also corrected a problem with the Xbox One, which caused some microphones to become deep and distorted over the network. We fixed an issue where the MixAmp Pro TR would freeze when connected to a PC under certain circumstances.We corrected an issue where the analogue stream output settings were not loaded correctly after switching on the MixAmp Pro TR.Note this change was reverted in a future update. The AUX input was changed from the Voice side of the mixer to the Game side of the mixer.We have corrected an issue relating to an Xbox One System Software Update which stopped the MixAmp Pro TR from assigning correctly as a chat headset.We've made minor improvements to the Xbox communication.

Note that your Xbox console may require a full restart after applying this update by powering it down and then removing the wall power for 30 seconds. We've also added some minor fixes for Xbox communication. This update also adds full audio over USB support for the Xbox One allowing the MixAmp Pro TR to run without any optical cable.

We've added compatibility for the Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S consoles.

We optimised the headset stopping audio from playing for a few milliseconds after undocking it in the off position.

We corrected an issue where the A50 Wireless and Base Station would not re-enumerate as a chat headset after restarting the console.

Note that the Xbox One version of the ASTRO Command Center contains all functionality except for firmware updating.

We have corrected an issue for some users regarding the sidetone and alert tone settings not saving correctly through the ASTRO Command Center software.

We've added support for the upcoming Xbox USB All Audio feature allowing the USB cable to handle both game and voice audio on the Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and Xbox Series S.

This update also adds full audio over USB support for the Xbox One allowing the A50 Wireless and Base Station to run without any optical cable. You will need to enable the option to Supply Power to USB Ports first. Compatibility with the PS5 has also improved, allowing you to charge your A50 Wireless Headset in Rest Mode. If you now switch off your A50 Wireless Headset or dock it on the A50 Base Station for charging, the headset will automatically disconnect from the console as an accessory.

We have improved compatibility with the Xbox consoles.

We've corrected an issue allowing the A50 Wireless Headset to enumerate to the Xbox as a headset even though you docked the headset.

When installing the latest firmware update, you will automatically receive any changes or fixes made previously.

If you have installed the version from the Microsoft Store for Windows 10 or 11, the Microsoft Store should automatically update the software in the background to the latest version. If you have installed the version for Mac, the ASTRO Command Center will automatically prompt for an update when available upon opening the software.
